Studio Rentals

Welcome to the Capture It Photography studio — a flexible, well-equipped space designed for portraits, creative work, and commercial image creation. Rentals are available evenings and weekends, with on-call support.

Below you’ll find our rental categories, what’s included with each, and how to book.

Rental Categories

1. Creator/Hobbyist & Independent Photographer

  • Personal, creative, portfolio, practice, or experimental work.
  • For photographers working with their own clients.
  • Non-commercial client work that does not involve product, brand, or business content.

Examples:

  • Portraits/Self-portraits
  • Headshots
  • Model tests
  • Portfolio building
  • Creative/artistic shoots
  • Personal editorial, etc

2. Commercial Use (Business / Product / Brand Work)

Any session where a business, company, brand, or organization is the client or beneficiary.

Examples:

  • Product photography
  • Branding/marketing content
  • E-commerce/catalog images
  • Packaging or advertising images
  • Corporate team sessions
  • Sessions for agencies or commercial clients

Commercial rentals include access to commercial lighting, grip, product tools, and the specialized equipment needed for product and branded work.

Studio is a Non-Smoking Environment

 

Creator / Independent Photographer Rates

  • $50/hr — Space Only

  • $75/hr — Space + Standard Lighting

Standard Lighting Includes:

  • Up to 3 lights (V1, AD200, AD400*, RGB Panels, FS300C*)
  • Umbrella or small/medium softbox
  • Basic light stands
  • Reflectors
  • V-flats
  • A-clamps & basic grip
  • * AD400 and FS300C included within reasonable use.
    Advanced grip and commercial tools not included.

Commercial Use Rates

(Booked directly with Jay—unattended access with on-call support.)

  • $125/hr — Commercial Lighting Setup
  • $150/hr — Full Product Lighting Kit
  • Full/Half Day rates available

Standard Commercial Lighting Kit Includes:

  • Up to 4 lights (AD200/400/600 or continuous)
  • Medium/large softboxes
  • Commercial-grade support
  • Basic grip

Full Product Lighting Kit Includes:

  • Any 5 lights
  • C-stands & booms
  • Flag/scrim kits
  • Tables
  • Tether cart + monitor
  • Advanced grip tools

 

Add-Ons (Optional)

Add-On A – Extra Lighting – $25/rental

  • Any 2 additional strobes or continuous lights
  • Basic modifiers included

Add-On B – Specialty Modifiers & Grip – $25/rental

  • Deep parabolic
  • V-flats
  • Clamp arms, misc. grip
  • C-Stands

Service Add-Ons

  • Lighting/Camera Assistance: $75/hr
  • Product Pre-Light Setup: $150 flat

 

Studio Rules & Bookings

  • Rentals are generally unattended, but Jay is on-call and available throughout your booking.
  • No smoke, aerosols, glitter, or flame.
  • Liquids, food, or messy product setups require approval and may incur cleaning fees.
  • Please return the space to the condition you found it.
    • Cleaning fee if the space isn’t restored
  • Minimum 4-hour rental for weekend or commercial sessions.
  • Maximum 8 people in the studio at once
  • CC on file for damages
  • Commercial rentals require proof of insurance
