Your Headshot Session

I strive to create a fun, relaxed atmosphere. You are booked for either a whole morning or afternoon, so we can go at your pace. This way you'll never feel pressured to hurry up and get out the door before the next person. You get amazing lighting and a selection of backdrops,  but most importantly you get expert coaching. I spent years in front of the camera, so I know what it's like. You get the attention you deserve for us to get your personality shining through in your photos (and it's probably going to take less time than you think it will!)
I get it, the idea of a photo shoot can feel uncomfortable for a lot of people. We want to make sure you leave with amazing images that are full of expression - confidence and approachability! We'll have plenty of time for different outfits, backgrounds, changes, or any bits of inspiration that may come to us. I'll be coaching you throughout the session on everything you need to know:  expression, angles, positioning, hair, etc. That's what I'm there for - to catch all the subtle details and make you look great without you worrying about them. Your headshot has to scream "You!".  It's the first impression people have of you, and we'll make sure it's the one you want. You'll have a chance to preview some of the images as we go through. This lets you see a few examples, and lets me know that we're on the the right track. If you want to change anything, we can adjust on the spot. You'll get immediate feedback so there's no wondering if we got the look we want. I love creating amazing headshots and amazing experiences!

After The Session

As soon as we’re done shooting, we’ll sit down together and go over the images (over a coffee if you like). I’m happy to provide as much or as little input as you like (sometimes an outside eye is helpful).  If you have any questions at this point, I’m happy to answer them and explain anything you like. This also gives us a chance to make sure we got everything we want.  That way, if anything was missed, we can get it done then and there, so there’s no need to worry about reshoots. As we go through them, you’ll pick your favourite shots, which will then be professionally retouched and sent to you. You’ll get high res .jpeg files, which can be custom cropped for social media or other use.

No pressure, no minimums or maximums. You decide what you need when you see your images.
